my doctor said i dont have anything and i should see a psychologist, i am very tired snore very loud and cant function, can anyone help please?

Time to get a new doctor. Your apnea score is negligible, but you're experiencing a lot of hypopneas (partial airway blockage). Your doctor seems to be ignoring the hypopneas, which is a mistake - they contribute to poor sleep just like an apnea, which is why they're included in the AHI.
Interesting that you mention loud snoring, but that doesn't show up at all on the test.
