I have my cpap on for 8 hours and am asleep most of the night. I wake up each morning consistently feeling exhausted. It was suggested that that I amnot in REM sleep due the cpap not being properly adjusted. I have the resmed airsense model. Thoughts?

PAP Mask: Bleep/DreamPort nasal mask
PAP Machine: ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet for Her
Humidifier: ResMed AirSense 10
Pressure Setting: Depends on the machine as I actually have more than one

Which AirSense 10 model?

CPAP
Elite
AutoSet
AutoSet for Her

If not the CPAP model go get OSCAR and use it and see what is really going on during the night.

The possible reasons for not getting restorative sleep include a lot of items totally unrelated to sleep apnea. It is possible to have optimal therapy and still not sleep well for any number of reasons.
But....you need to make sure your therapy is at least looking good on paper.
