Current Set Pressure: 4.0 20
Wondering if I am using the best pressure, my sleep study was two years ago.

PAP Mask: Bleep/DreamPort nasal mask
PAP Machine: ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet for Her
Humidifier: ResMed AirSense 10
Pressure Setting: Depends on the machine as I actually have more than one

How come the fragmented sleep?
Wake up often?
What makes you think your pressures aren't the best for you....are you having symptoms that you don't wish to have?

Review this for graph formatting and image instructions.
And turn off the black background...it's a bit annoying. Turn off the pie chart and hide the calendar as well.

Well I never got a prescription for a cpap so my pressure setting is a shot in the dark that’s why I wanted input 2 years ago I was one number away from getting a prescription. So now I wake up with headaches occasionally and insurance has change to high deductible so I just bought a cpap

Here is the graph you asked for. Yes I wake up several times a night.

So any idea why so many wake ups during the night?

Do you take any medications of any kind? If so, what?

Are you comfortable with the starting pressure...any feelings like you are suffocating or anything like that at the beginning of the night?

Normally we evaluate AHI, leaks and comfort at a pressure when determining optimal pressure settings.

Your AHI is nice and low, leaks are well managed and you are comfortable at the pressure settings being used.
No real reason to go changing things at least from what we see here.

Would you sleep a little more soundly if you increased that minimum pressure a little bit....maybe...maybe not but might be worth trying.
It wouldn't hurt to give a minimum of maybe 6 a try for a week or so and see how you do.

But based on what is seen here and what you tell me...there's no urgent reason to go changing things.
