PAP Mask: Bleep/DreamPort nasal mask
PAP Machine: ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet for Her
Humidifier: ResMed AirSense 10
Pressure Setting: Depends on the machine as I actually have more than one

You can try setting the Flex exhale relief to the highest setting of 3 and see if that is enough relief to help you out but it may not be at a pressure of 15.
At most you can get a 2 cm drop in pressure during exhale even at the 3 setting and you won't even get that if you aren't a forceful breather because the amount of reduction is based on air flow. If you aren't a strong forceful breather you can't even get the full 2 cm drop.

The setting of 3...the most you can get is a 2 cm's not a direct per cm drop per setting choice like it is with ResMed machines.

Do you know about the Flex relief available?
If not go here and get the manual for your machine and it is explained in the manual. ... tup-manual
