Have been on Cpap since 1/1/2019.Feel MUCH better.My question is.. I see most "events" come from RERA.T

he last month, anywhere from 20-60 events per night.Should I be concerned?

Yes, you should raise your min and max pressure, min 8, max 20

Thanks,diamaunt..Initially had pressure at max.16 but was getting severe chest amd rib pain upon wakening.(not heart related).Dr. said muscles around my lungs were not used to the added pressure.Said to cut pressure in half.That's why I'm down to 8 max.now.Will try small increments up ward and see if that helps..What are your thoughts?

I think Diamaunt already told you his thoughts! Look at your pressure graph. It's maxed out at 8. Setting to 20 does not mean it will give you 20, but rather allow you what you need. The minimum pressure at 4 is very restrictive and I am surprised you don't have difficulty breathing at that low setting. Do at least adjust in smaller increments, but start at least at 6 min and 12 maximum. I'll bet when you find your "sweet" spot you will be near diamantes suggested setting. He knows what he is talking about.
