I am looking for the best device to power my Airsense 10 while on an overnight flight. I heard that the AS 10 is 24 volt, and there is an adapter to convert from 12 volt to 24 volt. Has anyone had much success with this converter?

I just used the adapter this weekend connected to a battery while camping. It is well made.

However, that adapter will likely do you no good on a flight. The typical power options are USB and standard AC as far as I know. Sometimes, no power is available. So the adapter you use at home will probably have the best chance of working.

Edit: I did see that American Airlines can use the car outlet type of power like you are describing. I have never seen them on Delta.
