Hello and Thank You for the support.

This is my 2nd month and I just cant wake up , its like I struggle and fight getting out of bed, just in that moment I go to take a shower and yet. My mood somedays are like a suicidal person (exagerating on suicide but really low ). I start to wake up at noon. Muscle soreness and even sometimes bones. I mean arent I suppose to be feeling well ? So I downloaded Sleepyhead and this are some screenshots, if anyone can help me Ill be very thankful. Last night.

Do you take any medications of any kind?
If so, what?

Do you have any other physical or mental health issues going on?

I don't see anything on those software reports that is pointing to a potential explanation as to why you are having unwanted symptoms.

You look good on paper anyway.

Do you wake often during the night for some reason or other?

Not all our problems are related to sleep apnea and the cpap machine can only fix sleep apnea problems. If someone has some other problem going on that is unrelated to sleep apnea the best cpap therapy in the world isn't necessarily going to help no matter how much we might want to blame sleep apnea for all our unwanted symptoms.

Getting the nice low numbers is the easy part. Feeling them isn't nearly as easy as people think they should be.

9 years of cpap therapy for me and I still don't wake up easily in the mornings no matter how many hours of sleep I get or don't get. I have never been a morning person and cpap isn't going to make me into something I have never been.
For me I know that I have other issues that mess with my sleep quality that cpap can't fix.

Maybe you need to look at other potential culprits. The list is quite long.
Medication side effects is one potential culprit.
Sleep quality is another culprit.
Sleepy hygiene is another culprit.
Other mental and physical issues another potential culprit.
Have you had a complete physical lately with routine labs as well as some not so routine labs (hormones, vit D, etc)?

I wish that there was something just standing out screaming on your reports "fix me and you will feel better".....but I don't see it.
It's possible you just need to give it more time but while giving it time I would be using that time to investigate other potential culprits.

Pugsy, thank you for taking time to write, I really am thankful. I don't wake up during the night( as I can remember ). 95% I stay asleep. I wonder why you ask this. But anyway, Im going to seek for any other culprits. AND YES, SOME LABS need to be on the way. Im going to keep looking, bcs I dont have any idea. Maybe is just something right in my head. Thank You thank you. Have a good night !

I asked about waking up often because if you told me that you woke often and had trouble getting back to sleep then that might explain why you are so sleepy in the mornings...because your sleep quality wasn't optimal.
Just another question that we ask in an effort to rule out or in potential culprits for when we don't feel those good numbers we are seeing.

If you had reported "yes, I wake often...maybe a dozen times or more" then we might look deeper into why the wake ups.
Since you report sleeping soundly for the most part then that pretty much eliminates sleep quality itself being sub optimal.
Fragmented sleep will really mess with the restorative powers of sleep no matter how good that AHI is and how many hours of sleep we end up getting.

There are some people who will still report excessive daytime sleepiness despite the sleep apnea itself appearing to be well treated and no other culprits like medication side effects or other health issues.
