Hello,
I've not done this before but I thought I would get straight to the point. I was hoping someone could look at this and point me to a solution if they can.
I've been on CPAP for 13 years just fine but last August my machine broke and many long stories of Insurance and Doctors not in a rush, got my new machine in December. I purchased a used machine in the mean time and started studying with sleepyhead. I have tried many settings to get back to decent nights sleep but even after a new sleep study I'm exhausted.
Previous prescriptions
2005 9 cm H2O CPAP Flex 3
2015 11 cm H2O CPAP Fex 3
2018 7 cm H20 APAP Flex 2 I'm suffocating so i switched back to 11/3 and tried many other settings trying to calibrate my sleep but it has not worked. I tried some flex setting nights and the pressure was up as high as 11.5 so i settled on 11.2. not sure what to do next.
My DME is only concerned with compliance and was amazed at the Sleepyhead pages I printed for him. He thought it was really good information but didn't know what to do with it.

Can I see the Events graph on top right side please?

Are you waking often during the night? If so, any reason why that you can put your finger on?

Any special reason you decided on a fixed pressure?

Not sure why i wake throughout the night. It may not be OSA and really be something else. Most nights I have a AHI under 2.5. Never had REM in a sleepy study. I went back to CPAP because i didn't feel better in Flex and struggled a little finding a lower pressure that I that didn't feel an issue with breathing. I feel like I cant in-hail enough air when its too low. not to bad over 9. I was fixed for 12 years and had no problem. I zoomed in on the events in the top right, Hopfully that is what you wanted

No....I mean the events graph itself...do you not see it? If you don't you may have accidentally turned that graph off.

It's the top graph on the right here.
