Hey guys, reasonably new user here. Using an Airsense Autoset 10 with an F20 mask and everything has been going well with an AHI of under 5 most nights since the beginning of December until the last few nights where Ive been getting terrible scores and I cant work out why. The only thing Ive noticed is that I keep waking up feeling like Im suffocating to the extent that Im having to actually remove the mask and stop therapy in order for me to be able to sleep.

Im not sure if Ive taken these correctly but attached are the last two nights worth of data. If I need to send something more specific thats fine please let me know. Is anyone able to understand whats going on?? Im really worried and kind of scared that after a few weeks of great nights sleep (AHI on diagnosis was 81) that this therapy is no longer working for me. In fact, to be honest Im panicing over it. Please help

Your AHI is primarily central in nature.
So it may be they are real or it may be that their presence simply reflects some awake breathing because you woke up and felt you couldn't breathe.
You need to first learn how to distinguish real vs awake breathing flagged events.

In terms of what to try...first thing I would try is turning EPR off and see what happens...and if that's too uncomfortable at least reduce it.
