PAP Mask: ResMed AirFit P10 nasal pillows.
PAP Machine: ResMed S9 Elite.
Humidifier: ResMed H5i (humidity set ~ 5.0) with ClimateLine tubing (set ~23C).
Pressure Setting: Currently 7.8cmH2O. Keep EPR set to 1 and zero ramp.

PAP Machine: Use Phillips Respironics System One APAP with Aflex for mask testing
Humidifier: None
Pressure Setting: When testing, I use APAP with a range of 5-10
Interesting. This is similar to hypogolossal stimulation, but used on a different nerve to treat central apnea. Very interesting article. Thanks for posting it.
No, it wouldn't work for obstructive apneas since they are physical in nature. The signal to breathe is there, but an obstruction is present.
Like a pacemaker that sends stimulation to breathe....
