I've tried clicking on the link to Century Martial Arts for the mouthguard that is talked about on this forum, but that product doesn't seem to be offered anymore, and what they sell is much more expensive than the one mentioned in Jason's video. Does anyone have a link (preferably to Amazon) for the recommended mouthguard that only costs a few bucks?

Do you know of any good one's that aren't silicone? I found latex, but I know long term latex use can cause allergies. any other ideas? I'm asking this because I'm sensitive to silicone.

I'm not much help. I've had an oral appliance for nearly 4 years now but it was fitted by an oral surgeon. It's a hard plastic, with stainless components that keep my lower jaw jutted forward a bit, that i warm in warm water before bed and it slips on over my teeth. I actually wouldn't mind hearing about something else that would work as well without this hard plastic. I have a feeling it's been wearing on the enamel of my teeth.

There may well be enamel wear, but not necessarily from the hard plastic itself, but from harder material trapped between appliance and teeth. Nightly brushing right before bed may help reduce damage, and your dentist may be able to help if there is already damage.

I use this one, but for my teeth grinding: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Wilson-Mouth ... r/11968966You can trim them also and form with hot water. I initially tried one of the martial arts one with upper and lower and a hole to breathe (or not) and found that I was uncomfortable with the size, couldn't close lips very well.
