Do I need to have an SD card in if I want the doctor to access data via the cellular network?

NO, but some doctors do not have the capability or time to check. Get an SD card.

Agree, cellular is not related to sd card. Cellular gives you hours, ahi, leak and a report on MyAir app or web site.
I find it easier to just print the report from MyAir and bring it to the Dr.

Which version of Airsense 10 do you have?
Airsense 10 CPAP only has start time and end time on sd card in Oscar.
Only: Airsense 10 Elite, Autoset, Autoset for Her
have waveform data that downloads to sd card if it is installed.

I would highly recommend inserting an sd card preferably 2gb, but larger may work since it is almost impossible to find a 2gb sd card now. The sd card seems to be only way to see waveform data. Not sure if the doctor is interested in the waveform, but couldn’t hurt to bring it.
I also recommend downloading OSCAR, the replacement for sleepyhead. Then you can review your own data and post it here if you have questions.
