Does anyone happen to know the amount of vinegar and water for soaking masks, tubing and the water chamber?

The vinegar is useful for de-scaling the water chamber. You can use it straight from the bottle, as it is typically diluted to 5% acidity. I wouldn't bother using it for masks and hoses. For these, use a bit of unscented dish soap and hot water. Make sure to rinse well and air dry thereafter.

The DME I got my equipment from recommended 5 parts water to 1 part vinegar or warm soapy water.
