After watching a bunch of YouTube videos, Jason has made reference to a double sided mouth guard that he designed as a possible solution to help keep the mouth closed or at least the same effect as the mouth closed. I want to use a nasal or pillow's type of mask if possible but need to keep my mouth closed at night. I'm not excited about a chin strap. That's just more straps around my head.

The link is probably easy to find but I don't see it. Can someone direct me to the link that either reviews the mouth guard and the link that I might buy it from?

Thanks so much!

just any generic boil and bite mouthguard that doesn't have breathing hole in the middle.

Can you buy a general mouth guard anywhere? Does it stop open mouth breathing?

That's why J doesn't recommend any specific one.

Just, like I said, don't get the ones that have holes in the middle so that you *can* breath through them.

The mouth guard did not work for me. After 2 years of trying anything and everything to keep my mouth closed I found a solution for less than $20. I use a travel pillow that I would use to support my head. I turn it 180 degrees and place the pillow under my chin as close as possible to keep my chin from moving. I sleep on my back with my head elevated with 2 pillows and I have tremendous results with events per hour at about 1.

I also found the F20 Air Touch FFM kept my chin drop from breaking the mask seal. I plan to experiment with the dreamwear to see if the chin pillow works with it!!
