Pressure Setting: 8 - 20 cm H2O ... 9 average reported most

After a year reporting almost zero Periodic Breathing (1 or 2% very ocassionally) last week I had a "spike" of 7% ...then zeros again and yesterday suddenly 6% ... my AHI numbers are between 1 or 2 ... anything to worry about ?

A small percentage of periodic breathing is normally nothing to worry about. But I think it's a good thing to review and see exactly what's going on. Are these episodes associated with central apnea or with clusters of obstructive apnea or hypopnea - depending on the answer, the PB might indicate something else happening. If you're not already using Oscar, download it from get a night's data and let us see the "daily" page. There are instructions in the Oscar help wiki on how to organise the page for the best information content.
