I have been on APAP for about 32 days full compliance. When my AHI is above 5 I have multiple CA's an hour before I wake up. There are a few during the night, but most at 4-5 AM.

Can you please use the up arrow to zoom in on two or three of those CAs and post what they look like?

The only thing I can think of is that maybe you were going in and out of sleep and experiencing repetitive sleep transition CAs at that time.

See "Arousal Threshold" on the bottom of page 3: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl ... s43664.pdf

This looks like my chart the night I didn't have my O2 concentrator running.
Only other thought to add is: Did you by chance take anything before bed that would effect your respiratory drive? Like opiods or anything out of the ordinary? Or do you live at higher altitude?
