Anybody have any kind of ear problems after they started using the sleep machines? I seem to get the feeling that my ears have something in them when I wake up.

Anybody else get this feeling?

PAP Mask: ResMed AirFit P10 or DreamWear Gel nasal pillows
PAP Machine: ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet for Her
Humidifier: ResMed AirSense 10
Pressure Setting: Depends on the machine as I actually have more than one

Never really experienced it but I have heard of it.
If it happens all the time and you can't get the ears cleared up then I suggest that you see your doctor.
Some people have a problem with their Eustachian tubes that can cause what you are experiencing. Now I don't know that is your issue but might be worth looking into if you can't get the feeling resolved by the normal methods that we use to clear the pressure feeling in our ears.
