Welcome to This website is my attempt to reach more people in a day than I can in person as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (Sleep Tech) and Clinical Sleep Educator. There is very little credible and unbiased information available for people who have sleep disorders. There is even less credible information for people who are looking to treat themselves for sleep apnea. I try to present information in a way that I like it presented to me. I like it when people speak to me frankly, but as a friend. Though sleep apnea and sleep disorders are very serious, I do approach the subject with a sense of humor. (my version of humor anyway)

I understand that people don’t have a lot of money to spare. However, please consider a small donation if you find value in the information that you find here or on our forum. It takes a great deal of time and money to present this information to you. Even $5 goes a long way. If you want to be a supporter of FreeCPAPAdvice, you can also visit us at our Patreon and donate a little something every month. Don’t want do any of that? You can also help us out by telling your friends about us and sharing our website and YouTube links on your social media pages. We appreciate any and all support that you can offer.
